This privacy policy governs your use of the software applications ("Application") developed by Aventit for mobile devices.
The protection of your privacy is important to us. Therefore, we ask you to carefully read the following summary about the data collection through our application.
This privacy policy is intended to clarify the nature, scope and purpose of the collection of personal data by the Aventit applications. The collection and transmission of data meets the requirements of the DSGVO.
Changes and corresponding updates to the privacy policy cannot be excluded, which is why we recommend that you regularly observe this data protection declaration.
We assure you that the collected data will be used exclusively for the purpose of functionality, statistical analysis and improvement of our services. According to the applicable regulations, this data is only stored for the period of time required for the purposes described. Exceptions apply if the DSGVO requires longer storage periods.
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat the personal data provided by you confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. Should you nevertheless have concerns or questions about the collection of your data, you will find the relevant contact details of the responsible contact persons at the end of the text.

Collection and processing of personal data

We collect and process personal data exclusively for the purpose of registration and use of the functions. With your registration for our application you conclude a contract with us for the use of the software in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Aventit AG or for the purchase of data. On the basis of this contract, we are authorized to collect, process and use the contact data provided by you in the course of logging in, further personal inventory data voluntarily entered by you in the course of using the available services, as well as the data arising during the operation of the application, insofar as this is necessary for the contractual provision of services. You can of course revoke our authority to do so at any time. The revocation can be sent by e-mail to info@aventit.com or in writing to Aventit AG. The revocation has the consequence that your account will be deleted from the system.

Information provided by the user

The application receives the information you provide when you download and register the application. However, please note that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the application if you do not register with the application.
When you register and use the application, enter
a) transaction-related information;
b) information that you provide to us by entering it in the various fields of the application (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number or password).

Automatically collected information

The application stores all data in electronic form on servers of Aventit AG.
The application can automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to the unique device ID of your mobile device.
When you work with the app, the application may send your location data to our servers.

Access to the data by third parties

We may only disclose information provided by the user and automatically collected:
• When required by law, for example, to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud or to respond to a government request.
• If Aventit is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of its assets, you will be notified by email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or use of this information and any options you have with respect to this information.

Exit rights

You can stop the collection of information by the application simply by uninstalling the application. You can use the standard uninstallation processes available as part of your mobile device, via the mobile applications marketplace, or via the network. You can also request to unsubscribe by email at info@aventit.com or delete your account within the application if the application allows this.

Guidelines for data storage, management of your data

We store the data provided by the user as long as you use the application and for a reasonable period of time thereafter. If you would like us to delete the user-related data you have provided via the application, please contact us at info@aventit.com and we will respond to you within a reasonable period of time. Please note that some or all data provided by the user may be required for the application to function properly.

Children

If a parent or guardian discovers that their child has provided information to us without their consent, they should contact us at info@aventit.com. We will delete this information from our data within a reasonable time.

Security

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your data. We provide physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and store. For example, we restrict access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know this information to operate, develop or improve our application. Please note that while we strive to maintain an appropriate security system for the information we process and maintain, we cannot prevent all potential breaches of security.

Changes

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy from time to time. We will inform you of any changes in content. Furthermore, we will keep our previous data protection declarations on the possibility of inspection in an archive.

Your permission

By using the application, you consent to our processing of your data as described in this privacy policy.
